People know each other, decisions are made directly, and responsibilities are clear. Decisions are made publicly, and responsibility is visible. Traditions are firmly rooted and widely supported by society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dealing with change<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Changes happen slowly and deliberately.
