Men hvordan fungerer det egentlig, og hvilke regler gjelder?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hva er et leieinnskudd?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leiedepositumet er et \u00f8konomisk sikkerhetstiltak for utleiere. Det dekker potensielle skader, utest\u00e5ende leie eller str\u00f8mkostnader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I Sveits er innskuddet <strong>maksimalt tre m\u00e5neders leie<\/strong> (regulert av lov).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hvordan betales leieinnskuddet?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Klassisk leieinnskuddskonto<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den vanligste varianten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leietakeren \u00e5pner en spesiell sperret konto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Han betaler inn det avtalte innskuddet p\u00e5 denne kontoen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pengene vil forbli sperret frem til leieforholdets slutt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kontoen st\u00e5r alltid i leietakers navn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
